The Beaver Breakroom is an application status portal that allows prospective students to manage their application process. Applicants will receive a link to the Beaver Breakroom after an application is submitted. The Beaver Breakroom can be used to:

  • View the status of their application
  • Review a checklist of materials that are missing or if the application is complete
  • Update personal information
  • Upload documents such as supplemental materials
  • Review notifications from Caltech Admissions
  • Access their admission decision and if accepted, students can often submit their enrollment confirmation through the portal
  • Locate important contact information of Caltech offices
